1Can I pay off my loan before the scheduled date?
Yes, you can payoff your loan before the scheduled date subject to the agreement on your offer letter.
2What if I miss my repayment date?
Once you miss your repayment date, interest accrues daily (If any interest due on the facility is not paid on the date thereof, same shall immediately be added to the principal sum outstanding and shall accordingly attract interest at the Interest Rate).
3What are the requirements for a Microloan?
The following are the requirements for Microloan:
- Selfie/passport photograph
- 6 Months up to date Bank statement
- Work ID
4 What are the requirements for LPO financing?
The following are the requirements for LPO financing:
- 1year bank statement. - Financial statement of the company.
- Company CAC 2
- Company CAC 7
- Certificate of incorporation Memat
- Past and Recent LPO/Contract Agreement
- Invoice of current LPO to be financed.
- Board Resolution signed by minimum of 2 Board of Directors stating that the company should borrow on its behalf.
- Request letter on the company’s letter head stating the amount and purpose of funds.

- Personal and Company’s cheques
- Government issued ID

6What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation Policy:
The Lender reserves the right to withhold further disbursement, recall or cancel
the facility for reasons of default or non-compliance with the Covenants
hereunder and the occurrence of any or all of the following events:

If the Borrower fails to utilize the facility for the purpose for which it was
granted.
If the Borrower diverts any lodgement meant for the Monthly repayment of the
Lender for other uses
If the Borrower commit any breach or fail to observe or perform the other
obligations on its part as contained in our Offer Letter or fails to keep to the
agreed repayment terms for one month or more.
If it is discovered that there was a material misrepresentation of facts by the
Borrower with regards to the purpose, utilization of the facility and ability of
the Borrower to fulfil its obligations
The Lender may vary some or all the terms and conditions of the offer to reflect
prevailing market conditions in the financial regulations markets or monetary
authorities
If any interest due on the facility is not paid on the date thereof,
same shall immediately be added to the principal sum outstanding and shall
accordingly attract interest at the Interest Rate.
